1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Elsar website (the "Site") and any purchase you make from it. The Site is owned and operated by Heaven Valley Industries, Humpamon, Pathanamthitta District, Kerala, India — PIN 689502 ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order with us. By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to display our spices, curry powders, tea and pantry products, along with their weights, ingredients and prices, as accurately as possible. However:

• Colours, textures and packaging may vary slightly from product photographs due to the natural, minimally processed nature of our ingredients.
• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors, limit order quantities, and refuse or cancel any order placed based on an error, at our discretion.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are placed by adding products to your cart and completing checkout. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay; we do not store your card, UPI or net-banking credentials on our servers. An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully verified. You will receive an order number and a confirmation on the checkout success page.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping charges, delivery timelines and related terms are described in detail in our Shipping Policy. Standard shipping is free on orders of ₹499 or more; a flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to smaller orders.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Our policy on order cancellations, returns and refunds is set out in full in our Refund Policy. As many of our products are food items, cancellation windows and return eligibility are limited to protect product safety and hygiene.

7. Your Account

If you create an account with us, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at heavenvalley14@gmail.com if you suspect any unauthorised use.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including the Elsar name and logo, text, product photography, graphics and design — is the property of Heaven Valley Industries and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Heaven Valley Industries shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or our products, except in cases of proven negligence on our part. Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory rights you have as a consumer under Indian law.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pathanamthitta, Kerala.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our business or legal requirements. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
