Shipping Policy
Everything you need to know about how we pack, ship and deliver your order.

1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across India through our courier and logistics partners. Every order is packed with care at our facility in Humpamon, Pathanamthitta District, Kerala, to keep spices and curry powders fresh and sealed in transit.
2. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your order value:
- Free shipping on all orders of ₹499 or more.
- A flat shipping fee of ₹49 applies to orders below ₹499.
You can see your applicable shipping charge, and how much more you need to add for free shipping, right on your Cart page before checkout.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–2 business days of successful payment. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 3–5 business days, depending on your location. Deliveries to remote or non-serviceable pin codes may take a little longer. Estimated delivery windows shown at checkout and in your order confirmation are indicative and not guaranteed delivery dates.
5. Order Tracking
You can check the live status of your order at any time using our Track Order page — just enter the email address used at checkout to see your order history, current status and delivery timeline.
6. Delays & Exceptions
Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to factors outside our control, such as courier network disruptions, weather conditions, regional restrictions, or incorrect/incomplete addresses. We will do our best to keep you informed if we become aware of a significant delay to your order.
7. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address, pin code and phone number at checkout. We are not responsible for delayed or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details provided by the customer; however, please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error so we can try to update it before dispatch.
8. Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refer to our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how to report it and request a replacement or refund.
